Frequently Asked Questions

I'm new... HELP!
The first day of school can be scary, but not at Merial University. You can even stay in your PJs if you want. This page has answers to a few commonly asked questions to help get you going. If you still have questions, you can always contact your Merial Territory Manager.

I have all of the correct information, including a unique PIN. Why can't I register?
You can send an email using the form at the bottom of this page for verification. Be sure to include your PIN and GPS Number in the email.

I don't have an email and password, how do I sign in?
If it is your first time visiting the site, click the link to register. This will take you to a page where you can enter your PIN and GPS Number. Those pieces of information will be supplied to you by your Merial Territory Manager. After you register, you will create an account with an email address and password. You will use this information to log in in the future.

I forgot my password!
If you can't remember your password, just type in the email address you used to set up the account, and click the link for a forgotten password. We will send the password to the registered email address right away.

Can I retake the quizzes if I do not pass with 80%?
Of course! There is no limit to the number of times the quizzes can be taken in order to reach 80%. Even after you pass, you will always be able to take the quizzes. However, you can only earn a free 3-pack of FRONTLINE Combo^® once per module.

Do I need a prescription to receive FRONTLINE Combo^®?
Yes, once you have successfully completed the quizzes, you will be asked to print out a form for your vet to sign. The form should then be faxed to 01279 639 591.

If you don't have access to a printer right away, don't worry. You will always be able to retrieve the form from the "Your Profile" page.

Why doesn't the fax form work?
The fax form is in PDF format, and you might be having difficulties viewing the PDF if you do not have Adobe^® Reader^® installed. Click here to download the free software from Adobe.

How soon will I receive my FRONTLINE Combo^®?
Product samples may take up to 4 – 6 weeks to be delivered. If you are concerned that your order has been lost, you can use the e-mail tool below to enquire.

If I pass the quizzes more than once will I receive more than one pack of FRONTLINE Combo^®?
Unfortunately, you are only eligible to receive one free 3-pack of FRONTLINE Combo^® per module, per year.

To receive a free pack of a FRONTLINE Combo^®, the quizzes must be passed with a score of 80% or higher. Only one free product per user per module is available per year.

Will my PIN ever expire?
Your PIN will expire on the expiry date listed on your card, so you should register as soon as you have it. Check the date on the card with the unique PIN and GPS number on it that your Merial Territory Manager gives you. It will indicate the expiry date. Once you have set up your account, the PIN is no longer necessary. You will sign in with your username and password.
